The best way to become a member of the National Federation of the Blind is to attend a chapter or division meeting in your local area. We look forward to your participation in the movement.
NFB-NEWSLINE® is a free audio and Braille news service for anyone who is blind, low vision, deafblind, or otherwise print-disabled that offers access to more than 500 publications, emergency weather alerts, job listings, and more.
The NFB National Convention is the largest gathering of blind people in the world. It is the premier event for training, support, and information for the blind community.
The white cane allows you to travel independently and safely—no blind person should be without one. We offer you a free one. You can order a new one every six months.
